How does the stainless steel etching process work?
The stainless steel etching process starts with metal laminated with a light-sensitive photoresist which is exposed with UV-light to transfer the CAD image of the component, The areas of unexposed photoresist are removed (developed), then sprayed with etchant chemistry to accurately remove the unprotected stainlesssteel, The remaining photoresist is removed (stripped) to reveal the final etched component.
SOLAR POWERED VMS
Solar VMS signs are the ideal choice when you need to get information to public. The full matrix allows the greatest flexibility for displaying any type of message. Large or small letters, graphics & symbols. Perfect for a wide variety of applications, a multitude of functions & options make these signs extremely versatile.
Display:
A full matrix LED VMS allows displaying text, pictograms or both. The matt black background conveys messages in yellow amber or 5-colour LEDs. Solar panels power the display and charge onboard batteries. During darkness, batteries support operation for a minimum of 18 hours.
Trailer:
The VMS display, solar panels, battery supply and control electronics are built into a single axle trailer suitable for towing.
Solar Panels:
Crystalline silicon photovoltaic panels convert sunlight into electricity of appropriate capacity.
Controller:
The unit will contain a PC based sign controller & input devive to allow users to select appropriate message for display. Operation shall be in a famillar “ window” based environment & shall be easy to use. The PC shall use embedded operating system. The text messages shall be displayed alternatively in english & arabic fonts. Direct Arabic / English fixed massages shall be provided. The message text shall be capable of being used in association with pictogram on the same display. When the pair of message is selected the display shall sequentially cycle . the tex at s user variable rate of between 1.0 & 1.5 seconds. When programs are displayed, it shall be possible to flash the pictogram ON & OFF at same cycle rate as above. It shall be possible to configure the display to function as an “ Arrow Board” with sequential, directional flashing arrows.
ALUMINUM VACUUM PACKAGING
Aluminum Vacuum Packaging Foil is a multilayered product obtained from laminating 3 or 4 technical materials supplying a very powerful barrier against water vapour and moisture. These multiple layers are Polyester, Nylon, Foil, and Polyethylene which combined are strong enough to safeguard and create a puncture & moisture resistant package.
Aluminum Barrier Foil Packaging works on the principle of Climatic Packaging. The barrier foil prevents moisture entry inside the package. The climate inside the packaging is vacuumized to reduce moisture and air. Moisture absorbers and VCI materials are added to maintain relative humidity below 40% and provide corrosion protection.
